Sort of challenges you to think like an outsider and objectively assess all C/ETRM success factors. Author has quite the background, is independent and speaks with an insiders knowledge of the common pitfalls and leverage points in this area. Gained a new appreciation for some areas of concern and provoked some fresh tninking and reassessment.Prepare to have your eyes opened. Highly recommend.
